All orders ship via USPS. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Allow for standard shipping time of 8-10 business days within the US for all orders.

Return Policy

The CocoPlum Compassionate Skincare line is an artisanal skincare line.  Every product in our line is hand crafted in small batches with fresh organic ingredients. While we hope that you will enjoy our offerings, we understand that everyones skin type is unique and individual, and responds differently with skincare products. We encourage you to communicate with us prior to purchase should you have any questions, or if you have sensitive & reactive skin. We are happy to sell you small samples if you are concerned about a product.

The CocoPlum Compassionate Skincare Company does not offer refunds on any sales.  Once a package has shipped, it is not eligible to be returned, there are no exceptions. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we will replace it. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to cocoplumskincare@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package.   As well, we may request for you to ship back the damaged goods utilizing the return label we provide.

We do everything on our end to package your order with diligence and care so that it arrives to you safely. If your tracked package goes missing, you will be required to file a claim with the carrier.
